Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Returns are assessed on a case-by-case basis and will only be accepted for valid reasons, subject to item availability. You have three (3) calendar days from the date of receipt to return an item.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

We reserve the right to reject any return request that does not meet our exchange requirements or for any other reason at our discretion. If the product is not faulty, we may, at our sole discretion, decline to offer a refund or exchange.

Please note that returns will not be accepted after the three-day period has expired. Any items returned for exchange that are deemed ineligible will be sent back to you.

Refunds

Refunds will only be issued if the product received is faulty and no replacement is available. If an item ordered online is no longer available, we will contact you to recommend an alternative product or arrange a refund.
